Meeting Point and Time: Hotel Rancho Corcovado Lodge, 5:45 a.m. During approximately four hours, you will immerse yourself in a spectacular secondary rainforest and have the opportunity to explore one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth. Our itinerary includes an easy hike of approximately 5 km (3.1 miles) along well-maintained trails. Throughout the tour, our certified naturalist guides will provide an unforgettable experience, helping you discover the fascinating wildlife that inhabits this remarkable region. At the end of the hike, you will enjoy a delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch at the Park Ranger Station. Round-trip transportation is provided by boat, allowing you to admire the breathtaking coastline and the lush beauty of Corcovado National Park from the sea. Please bring: • Reusable water bottle. • Water shoes or closed-toe sandals for walking on the beach. • Closed-toe hiking shoes suitable for walking in the rainforest (mandatory). • Comfortable hiking clothes. • Rain jacket or waterproof poncho in case of rain. • Sunscreen. • Insect repellent. • A photo of your passport on your mobile phone, in case the park ranger requests it at the entrance. • Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or medical conditions that we should be aware of. Important The following items are not allowed inside Corcovado National Park: • Cigarettes or tobacco products. • Electronic cigarettes or vaping devices. • Alcoholic beverages. • Food of any kind. • Single-use plastics.
