Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the reservation is modified or canceled within five months of the reservation confirmation, a penalty of $20.00 per person, per tour, will apply to park admissions.
- If the reservation is modified or canceled 30 days prior to the client's arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the reserved tours will be charged, without exception, during peak season.
- If the reservation is modified or canceled 15 days prior to the client's arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the reserved tours will be charged, without exception, during off-peak season.
